This varies, but we like to keep things efficient and effective. For our monthly ad clients, we request a two-week lead time for ad creation. Don’t worry; we usually work even faster, but two weeks is a safe time range with holidays and other factors. As for our 1:1 clients, we tackle the work together in real time. Any additional homework items are completed promptly. 

Rest assured, we’ve worked on hundreds of ad accounts and can easily sort through whatever is happening or has happened on yours. When we work together, we'll look at your account's history and analyze the valuable data it holds–truly a great starting point!

We provide a dashboard, available to you 24/7 where you can check in on ad performance. Twice a month we'll also deliver a comprehensive report featuring all the metrics needed (and possibly some you didn’t realize you needed), including insights on your data points. Whether it’s the number of email signups, purchases, clicks, or any other customized information you desire, it’s all there in your report! Additionally, we’ll provide video check-ins to keep you informed about our observations and ongoing work on your account.
